Maintenance is 10% of the license price and starts after the first year.
Which one fits
Subscription costs less to start and stays flexible. Perpetual costs less over time — it pays back against the subscription in roughly three years per seat.
Regional pricing
Prices are adjusted by purchasing power so the software costs a comparable share of a shop's budget everywhere. Your tier follows your billing country.

Tier is determined by the billing country on your invoice and cannot be changed by VPN or address mismatch. Countries not listed are quoted individually. Amounts shown are exclusive of VAT and are converted to local currency at checkout.
Accounts and seats
Representative account
The contract holder. Owns the license, billing, and tax documents.
Admin account
Manages seats — activate, release, and transfer PCs — without touching billing.
Shared KBM database
One representative and one admin account are enough to share the knowledge base across your team.
Machine binding
Every seat is fixed to one PC's binary fingerprint. Changing PCs is self-served on this site.

Korean tax documents are issued for domestic orders. International orders receive a VAT-compliant invoice.
30-day refund, no questions asked
Change your mind within thirty days of purchase and we refund in full — no reason required, no conditions, no back-and-forth. This is granted on top of your statutory withdrawal rights, never instead of them.

What is covered
Perpetual licences, subscriptions and onboarding, within thirty days of the original charge. For subscriptions, the most recent renewal is refundable on the same unconditional basis.
Access ends immediately
On refund the licence and its seats are revoked and DION AI stops working on every bound machine as soon as it next reaches our servers. You agree to stop using it and delete all copies.
Statutory rights
EU/EEA consumers keep the 14-day withdrawal right under Directive 2011/83/EU; Korean customers keep their rights under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
Questions
Which plan is cheaper?
Subscription is cheaper to start. Perpetual is cheaper if you keep a seat for about three years or more. We are happy to model both against your seat count.
What does onboarding cover?
A one-time ₩1,000,000 for installation, KBM database import, post and machine setup, and running your first parts together with our engineers.
Is maintenance mandatory?
No. The first year of updates is included with a perpetual license. From year two, maintenance is ₩300,000 per year — 10% of the license price — and is optional. Without it you keep using the last version you received.
How does the free trial work?
Thirty days, full features, no card required. One trial per organization and per PC. At expiry the licensed operations stop until you activate a paid plan.
Can I move a seat to another PC?
Yes. Release the seat from your account and bind it to the new machine. A short cooling-off interval applies to prevent seat sharing.
Does it work without internet?
Yes, for up to 30 days from the last successful validation. After that the software requires a check-in before licensed operations resume.
Where does my CAD/CAM data go?
Nowhere. DION AI runs on-device; drawings and toolpaths stay inside your factory.
What happens after a refund?
The licence and its seats are revoked. DION AI locks on every bound machine the moment it next contacts our servers, and cannot be reactivated without a new purchase.
